So I begged the Doc not to do the shot despite the pain I still had. He agreed and we're going with custom orthotics and a little more physical therapy. I have to admit I'm pretty sick of the therapy and I know the orthotics will be pricey but it's okay.
I have run twice in the last two weeks. I really shouldn't. But I can't help it. When you love something, you miss it and I've missed out on so much time...
Oh well, onward and upward. Hopefully after I have the orthotics and possibly some new shoes (may have to wait) I'll be ready to go. This has been rather discouraging but I'm doing my best to keep my eyes on the goal.
